As the number of the home-based workers increase and its advantages and disadvantages comes up, Certain issues about this also raised and which needs solutions and answers.

At para masagot ito, I have here the tips on how not to get bored at home when you are working.

Working at home can be very enthusiastic, but can also be very boring.

Sa una oo nakaka-excite, kapag bago ka palang magtatrabaho at home.

Pero habang lumilipas ang oras at panahon maaari ito maging boring.

Lalo na kung wala na yung excitement  or interest mo sa ginagawa mo because you are used to it.

Also, working at home means walang direct socializing with people, which somehow triggers you to be more bored.

Paano nga ba maiiwasan ang boredom while doing your work at home?

Isang dulot ng boredom ay stress, so dapat  may sapat na pahinga para magawa mo nang maayos ang iyong gawain. 

It’s good to do work early in the morning than at night time. Kasi mas fresh pa yung thoughts and ideas. And much better kung nasa kondisyon ka, tipong you’re not sleepy at komportable ka sa suot mo.

Another thing is maging organize, dahil if all your works are classified at naaayon sa place na dapat nitong kalagyan, mas mapapadali ang trabaho.

And you’ll be at ease to be more creative and productive sa clean environment kaya never let your working place be messy.

 Next is make a schedule, some people don’t do it physically – writing down a schedule. Kahit na isa-ulo lang will be fine. Nasa sa’yo kung paano mo maisisistema sa sarili mo ang itinakda at ilalaan mong time for your activities. Practice what you preach kasi sa huli it will still be you who will succeed.

Do work out or physical activities to lighten your day.

Sa trabaho, mahalaga pa rin ang kalusugan. Maaaring mentally we’re healthy kasi we keep on using and exercising our brain to think and focus on work.

But how about our physical health? Dapat balance ang lahat. Hindi kulang o sobra, tama lang. Enough for you to do your work properly without any hindrance.

Speaking of hindrance, ito yung mga humahadlang para magawa mo nang maayos yung work mo which is commonly known as distractions. You cannot lack of concentration while doing your job.

Obviously, hindi yun makakabuti sa trabaho mo. you start doing your work kasi dapat doon lang yung focus mo. You can’t do things at the same time. A

nd if walang self-control at self-discipline, boredom would really strike dahil kung may disiplina at control ka, you’ll look for your limit. Hahanapin mo yung peak mo, kung saan ang makakaya mong gawin.

One of the perks doing a home based jobs is that magagawa mo kung ano’ng gusto mo kung kailan mo gusto. But the whole point here is how to keep the balance between the productivity of your work and the discipline a person must possess.

And as for you to own your day,  gawin mong reward ang distractions na nakikita mong maaaring maka-affect if you haven’t focused on work. Like watching tv, play games and hang out or socialize with other people. In that way, less stress na, na-enjoy mo pa ng work days mo at home.
